NOTES
Non-Profit Definition
Non-profit includes groups with membership fees and occasional fund-raising events to keep their
groups going, but not those that employ staff or have commercial premises. Individuals can have non-
selling pages here, provided they meet quality as well as other DudleyMall criteria.
Political parties, trades unions and charity organisations do not fall within this definition, and we reserve
final decision on any groups that fall into grey areas.
Ownership of Domains
If you buy a domain through Trainflow, it becomes yours as soon as your payment has cleared. You are
then free to take it elsewhere if you wish. Trainflow does not currently charge for the transfer.
Annual Admin Charges
All registered domains are charged an annual administration fee by their country's internet admin office.
This fee varies according to the country making the charge. The UK figure is approximately £10, the US
figure is rather greater. If you fail to pay when invoiced, your domain will lapse and may be bought up
by someone else.
Ownership of Web Pages
Any pages which were originally owned by you, or were bought and paid for from Trainflow are owned
by you and (subject to any legal claims such as copyright or conditions of use) may be taken elsewhere if
you choose to do that.
If you allow your domain to lapse while it is hosted by Trainflow, any pages lodged on your domain will
be deleted.
Subsequent Charges
(a) The hosting fee is annual.
(b) On Dudleymall, any extra pages are £5 each annually.
(c) If you have a domain name, there will be an annual admin fee for it.
(d) If you have paid for a page to be designed for you, there is no recurring charge for the design work.
(e) If you ask Trainflow to make amendments for you, charges are made as noted below.
(f) If you edit a page yourself and need it uploading, there is an upload charge (see next).
Amending and uploading is £24 per hour, with a minimum 30 minute period being charged.
However, this is for the total job in hand, not as piecework. So if you wanted three pages amending and a new one uploading, and the whole task took 45 minutes, you would be charged only for 45 minutes.
