The software may be used by the licensee to run one or more layouts at any location, provided that
(a) they all belong to him or her
(b) they are not operated simultaneously using Wagonflow unless each has its own licence.
This licence also allows club use of the software under the following terms:
(a) the layouts must belong to the club, not to individual members;
(b) they must not be operated simultaneously using Wagonflow except as (d) below;
(c) the layouts must be housed throughout the year in a clubroom*, not in members' homes; and no copies of the software or manual may be made for groups or individual members to use outside the clubroom.
(d) where layouts will be operated simultaneously using Wagonflow, separate software must be bought for each.
*Public exhibition use is accepted as an extension of clubroom use for layouts that comply with (a)-(d) in the club use terms above.
One backup of the software may be made for security purposes.
