WAGONFLOW INTERNATIONAL (FAQ)

Is Wagonflow international or just UK-oriented?

Even the earlier versions of Wagonflow sold to several countries, but Wagonflow 4 has been designed to allow the freight types of any country to be fed into the system. So long as you can identify individual wagons, it will work anywhere. The passenger side has always been international.

Is Wagonflow only available in English?

At the present time, yes. But French and Spanish versions have been considered, and might be produced if the demand is sufficient.

I've got a really old version of Wagonflow - can I upgrade?

Yes. First, all existing owners get a discount when upgrading, no matter how old their present version.

Second, your existing files can be converted with the minimum of effort, so long as they can be read by a PC computer. In particular, every effort is made to ensure that you can re-use wagon files, traffic profiles and timetables, since these are the ones that would take longest to recreate. If you're upgrading from any variant of Wagonflow 3, all major files convert in just a few seconds, while the minor ones take only 5 minutes to recreate.

Even the original BBC and Amstrad versions can be converted with the right setup. Wagonflow 4 comes with information to assist this, along with examples of all the file patterns in case you have problems and need to use a text editor to deal with them.
