The station operators begin the day by checking for traffic due to leave. That's easy because Wagonflow keeps track of when vehicles completed their unloading (or loading). And Wagonflow's Exports screen not only lists the vehicles and says where in the station area they should currently be, it also allows you to arrange the display three different ways for ease of working as you collect the vehicles and marshall your outgoing train(s). Since not all traffic will be heading in the same direction, it's down to the station operator to see the right vehicles are in the right places for collection.
The Exports screen above shows the outgoing traffic for one station, but there
is an alternative: Export All shows all outgoing traffic from all stations on screen
